INTRODUCTION: AmericanMadeProducts.com (the “Site”) offers a variety of merchandise for purchase online (collectively the "Products"). By accessing the Site and/or purchasing any Product, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service"), as well as our privacy policy (incorporated here by reference) and all other applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations concerning your access of the Site and/or purchase of a Product. We may revise these Terms of Service at any time by posting revised terms on this Site and such revised terms take immediate effect. Please note that it is your responsibility to check these Terms of Service before each purchase of a Product.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS: In order to purchase Products, you may be required to register on the Site and agree to provide complete and accurate information when requested. Registered users on the Site are required to formally accept these Terms of Service. You are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your password and/or login information.
ORDERING TERMS AND POLICIES:
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by AmericanMadeProducts.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product and shipping packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. An RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number is required for all returns. An RGA number can be received by calling 1-866-966-2129 or emailing returns@americanmadeproducts.com. We will review the request and reserve the right to deny return if policy is not followed. Standard manufactures warranties apply.

You further agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the content of the Site, in whole or in part, without the express prior written permission of the copyright owner or the owners of AmericanMadeProducts.com.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: The Site and its content is provided “as is,” with no warranties whatsoever. Americanmadeproducts.com, inc. expressly disclaims to the fullest extent permitted by law all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Under no circumstances shall americanmadeproducts.com, inc. be liable to any user on account of the use or misuse of, or reliance on the site or any product. This limitation of liability prevents recovery of direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special exemplary, and punitive damages whether such claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise. Such limitation shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us, AmericanMadeProducts.com, Inc. (and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, advertisers, partners, and co-branders) harmless, from financial liabilities associated with any and all claims or demands, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees and costs, that may be made by any third party, that arises from or relates to your use of this Site or the Products or your violation of these Terms of Service.
FORCE MAJEURE: AmericanMadeProducts.com, Inc. will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform under this Agreement if such failure is caused by power outages, Internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood, earthquakes, tornadoes, war, acts of God, terrorist acts or the occurrence of any other unforeseen contingency beyond the control of AmericanMadeProducts.com, Inc.
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS: These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts sitting in Saginaw County, Michigan. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede and replace all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if such waiver is in writing and signed by one of our authorized representatives. Our waiver of any provision of these Terms of Service or of a breach by you of any provision of these Terms of Service shall not be deemed a waiver of future compliance with these Terms of Service and such provision, as well as all other provisions of these Terms of Service, shall remain in full force and effect.
If, for any reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Terms of Service to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect.
