This oil finished chopping bowl set comes with a 9-inch chopping bowl and Mezzaluna knife. The set is great for chopping garlic, herbs and vegetables. The bowl makes chopping much easier and neater than using a full sized cutting board. These wood bowls are of the highest quality, handcrafted from a single piece of premium hardwood. Made in Holland, Michigan. This beautiful solid Beech bowl has been stained a light Walnut and hand rubbed with our food safe Bee's Oil Wood Conditioner. Care for your fine wood serving pieces by handwashing and drying. 100% Made in USA

You will occasionally need to retreat your wooden bowls, cutting boards, and utensils with an application of Bee's Oil Salad Bowl & Wood Preserver to preserve the moisture content of the wood. When the wood appears dry or about every other month (depending on frequency of use), apply a coat of Bee's Oil Salad Bowl & Wood Preserver as directed. Do not use vegetable oil to treat wooden serving pieces as it can become rancid over time.
