Belleville boots are specifically designed to meet and exceed all standards and needs of U.S. military personnel. Comfortable and durable right out of the box, they require no break-in and feel like a running shoe. Can be worn for combat, flight, flight deck or combat vehicle (tanker) use. Lightweight and breathable, 1,000 denier Cordura nylon is a high-performance fabric designed to stand up to rough treatment. Proudly made in Belleville, Illinois, since 1917. To fit well, you should have a slight amount of room in the front of the boots to wiggle your toes. Width-wise, your boots should feel a little snug (but not tight!) Your heel should stay in place while walking and not slide back and forth (which can cause blisters). To improve the fit of the boot, try loosening or tightening the laces at different parts of the boot until you get the perfect fit. Dirt may be removed from boots using a soft bristle brush. CORDURA® nylon fabric may be cleaned with a soft brush using warm water. Air Dry boots naturally at room temperature. Do not expose boots to direct intense heat as this can cause damage to the boot.
